This restaurant began as a dream born out of homesickness. After moving to the U.S., I missed the comforting dishes I grew up with in Burma and Thailand—food made with care, balance, and soul. With the help of my family, we opened Royal Taw Win to share those same flavors with our neighbors in Aurora. What started as a small kitchen project is now a place where stories are shared, cultures connect, and real food brings people together.
